All of us want to go to the finish line as the first one to get all the fame and names and the awards for the winners. If not, then the second or third runner-up will do because in the end the ones who end up as the finalists can become the winner when the opportunities open up. So it is always good or better than nothing to finish the race in the first three or in the third best or even in the worst case in the first top ten. In the big time world renown beauty pageants like Miss World or Miss Thailand World or Universe, some time to finish-up in the first ten or first five will do just fine to get the acclaim that one needs to get on with life and work. So how should we develop to prepare to be in the top rank in order to be the so-called finalists with the chance to win and clinch the top prize galore as the winners.
In the material and competitive world, we are used to the layman term of “the organizer” who organize the event to make the opportunity for the vying contenders to get to the top prize and the purse that comes along with it. In the terms of religion, we are used to the term of the Maker who create or make things for people with the almighty of the power. In education we are also used to the term of teacher, tutor and coacher who teach, counsel, groom, incubate and guide people in need to get to where and what they want to the desirable finish line, and of course hopefully to emerge as winner at the top or in the top three or five or ten as the finalists.
In Hollywood movie you can see how elaborate it is for the coach to train and prepare the athlete to win the competition in the fierce sport fighting story to win the games or even to show how the President of a big nation with all his president men at his helm or at his side to work hard to coach and guide the President to win the election. So it is safe to say that even the biggest leader of the world need some one to help him succeed in one way or the others as a team and as the value creator in the team or for the team by having some one as the leader or as the President representing them.
In common scenario, we have a great man who announces that stand beside or behind him is a great wife or teacher or counselor or supporter. Without such a great person as such including parents and forefather and ancestor who sacrificed their lives and provided support and opportunities and the how-to to us all, a great man of our time can never survive and outlast to see the rainbow when it is due time and the right time for him to see and appreciate so that he can prove his worth by extending what he knows and what he can to match and measure his value in his real time.
